Eastern Cape pest control from the source.

This is where ASC Pest Control was founded in 2019. From our head office in South End, Gqeberha, we run HACCP designed pest management for Nelson Mandela Bay's food factories, automotive suppliers, cold stores and the export-focused operators of the Coega Industrial Development Zone, with scheduled routes through Kariega and Despatch. Every contract includes myASConline and its one-click audit pack.

SEC 01 / EC Coverage & Compliance

The corridor we know street by street.

Nelson Mandela Bay is our home ground. Our operators, auditors and consultants live and work here, which means head-office accountability on every site, and pest programmes shaped around the Bay's real industrial mix: food processing, automotive manufacturing, fishing and cold chain, and Coega's export operators.

  • SANS 10133 aligned application Pesticide application to South African National Standards, defensible in any food environment.
  • Registered Pest Control Operators Registered with the Department of Agriculture under Act 36 of 1947. Certificates auto-included in every audit pack.
  • Same building as ASC Food Safety Consultants Our head office is shared with our parent company's accredited auditors, trainers and FSMS consultants. One address, one standard.

SEC 01B / Commercial Contract Coverage

Commercial coverage across the wider Eastern Cape.

Beyond Nelson Mandela Bay, ASC Pest Control services food-industry and commercial clients on contract across the Eastern Cape's agricultural and coastal corridors. Because our programmes are built by food-safety auditors, they are designed for the packhouses, processing plants and export operations that drive these regions — audit-ready documentation, registered products and trend analysis on every site.

Sundays River Valley citrus

Kirkwood and Addo sit at the heart of one of the country's largest citrus export regions. We service packhouses and cold stores here where pest programmes must meet GLOBALG.A.P., BRCGS and importing-country phytosanitary expectations.

Gamtoos Valley & Kouga

Patensie, Hankey and Humansdorp anchor the Gamtoos citrus and vegetable belt, with Jeffreys Bay adding coastal hospitality and food service. We support packhouses, processors and catering operations across the Kouga on contract.

Frontier & Sunshine Coast

Grahamstown (Makhanda), Port Alfred and the surrounding Ndlambe area host food manufacturers, institutions and hospitality venues that need audit-grade pest management. We service these sites under scheduled commercial contracts.

East London & Buffalo City

East London's food processing, automotive and cold-chain operators run to the same export and retail standards as the Bay. We extend our food-safety-specialist pest programmes to Buffalo City facilities on commercial contract.

SEC 01C / Buffalo City & East London Corridor

The Buffalo City & East London corridor.

Buffalo City is the Eastern Cape's second industrial heartland, and its manufacturers, processors and logistics operators carry the same audit pressure as the Bay. ASC runs contract pest control across the East London corridor, from the ELIDZ to the inland industrial towns, with the same food-safety-auditor discipline, registered operators and My ASC Pest Hub records behind every site.

ELIDZ & West Bank

The East London Industrial Development Zone hosts automotive, agro-processing and pharmaceutical tenants working to export and GMP standards. We deliver zoned, mapped, audit-ready programmes for ELIDZ facilities and their West Bank suppliers.

Wilsonia & Fort Jackson

East London's established industrial townships concentrate food manufacturers, packaging plants and warehousing. We protect production floors, racking and loading bays against the rodent and stored product pressure these estates generate.

Berlin & Qonce

Along the N2 corridor inland, Berlin's industrial park and Qonce (King William's Town) support manufacturing, institutions and retail food that need documented, registered pest management. We service both on scheduled commercial contracts.

SEC 03 / Eastern Cape FAQ

Common questions from Bay facilities.

Where is your Eastern Cape office?

14 Brickmakers Kloof Road, South End, Gqeberha, the same building as ASC Food Safety Consultants. This is our head office and founding division, not a satellite branch.

Do you cover Coega IDZ facilities?

Yes, Coega is a core service area. Export-focused operators there face some of the most demanding customer audits in the country, and our programmes are documented to match, with one-click audit packs from myASConline.

My site still uses the old Port Elizabeth or Uitenhage address. Does that matter?

Not at all. Gqeberha and Kariega are the same cities we have always served under their former names. Your address format changes nothing about your route schedule.

Can you align our pest programme with an upcoming FSSC 22000 or BRCGS audit?

Yes. We begin with a gap assessment against your specific scheme, close documentation and monitoring gaps, and load everything into myASConline so your evidence is one click away when the auditor arrives.
